Refund, Return & Exchange Policy

ATELIERDOLZI pieces are crafted with exceptional care and attention to detail. In accordance with Kuwait’s Digital Commerce regulations and consumer protection laws, please review the following policy.
1. 14-Day Right of Withdrawal (Cooling-Off Period)
Customers have the right to return or exchange products within 14 days from the date of receipt, without providing a reason, provided that:

The item is unused, unworn, unwashed.

The item is in its original condition.

All tags and original packaging are intact.

The product has not been damaged after delivery.
Upon approval, the customer is entitled to:

A refund via the original payment method, or

An agreed alternative refund method, or

An exchange (subject to availability).
No additional fees will be charged except return shipping costs where applicable and clearly disclosed.
2. Exceptions to Return
The 14-day return right does not apply to:

Customized or made-to-measure pieces.

Personalized or altered items.

Products that have been worn, used, or damaged after delivery.

Items falling under categories excluded by law or executive regulation.
Where legally applicable, certain high-value or special category products may be subject to shorter return windows as defined by Kuwaiti regulations.
3. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive:

A defective product

A damaged item

An incorrect order
You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
In such cases, ATELIERDOLZI will:

Replace the item at no cost, or
-
Provide a full refund including delivery fees.
4. Delivery Delays
If your order is not delivered within:

The agreed delivery timeframe, or
-
14 days from the agreed delivery date
You have the right to cancel the order and receive a full refund of any amounts paid.
