ATELIERDOLZI operates on a pre-order basis. Each piece is individually produced upon order to ensure the highest standards of craftsmanship and minimal waste.

Production Lead Time
All orders require a 7 working day lead time for production before shipping. Once your item is ready, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

Shipping Times

• Kuwait: Orders are shipped the next working day once production is complete.

• GCC Countries: Orders are shipped the next working day after production and typically arrive within 2–3 working days.

• International Orders: Orders are shipped within 2–3 working days after production is complete, with delivery time depending on destination and courier service.

Additional Information

• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees applicable in their region.

• Shipping times may vary slightly during holidays or peak periods.

• ATELIERDOLZI is not responsible for delays caused by the courier or customs clearance.
