ATELIERDOLZI operates in compliance with applicable Kuwaiti Digital Commerce regulations and Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) requirements.

2. Electronic Contract Formation

A contract is formed when:

  1. You select products and proceed to checkout.

  2. You review your order details and confirm accuracy.

  3. You complete payment through an approved payment method.

  4. You receive an order confirmation email.

You are responsible for ensuring that all order details are accurate before completing payment.

If an error occurs during ordering and the system does not allow correction, you must notify us immediately. Where applicable under law, correction or cancellation may be permitted provided the product has not been used or benefited from.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are listed in Kuwaiti Dinar (KWD) unless otherwise stated.

  • Prices include applicable taxes where required by law.

  • Delivery fees (if applicable) are clearly displayed before checkout.

  • We accept electronic payments via licensed payment providers in accordance with Central Bank of Kuwait (CBK) regulations.

  • No additional payment processing fees will be imposed unless clearly disclosed and legally approved.

ATELIERDOLZI reserves the right to correct pricing errors prior to order confirmation.

4. Electronic Invoice

Upon successful purchase, you will receive an electronic invoice in Arabic (with English where applicable) containing:

  • Product details

  • Total price inclusive of all charges

  • Delivery information

  • Payment method

We retain electronic transaction records for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with Kuwaiti law.

5. Delivery

  • Delivery timelines are displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery costs are disclosed prior to payment.

  • If delivery is delayed beyond the agreed timeframe or exceeds 14 days from the agreed delivery date, you may cancel the order and request a refund.

Delivery may be performed directly or through licensed logistics partners.

6. Returns, Exchanges & Cooling-Off Right

In accordance with Kuwaiti Digital Commerce Law:

  • Customers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of receipt.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with tags attached.

  • Refunds will be processed via the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.

Exceptions apply to:

  • Customized or made-to-measure items

  • Personalized products

  • Items damaged after delivery

  • Categories excluded by law or executive regulation

7. Product Descriptions & Advertising

We strive to ensure that:

  • Product descriptions are accurate and clear.

  • Images represent items as faithfully as possible.

We are bound by advertised terms and will not deviate from them except in a manner that benefits the consumer.

Minor variations in color or texture due to screen display settings may occur.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to:

  • Designs

  • Logos

  • Text

  • Images

  • Graphics

  • Videos

are the intellectual property of ATELIERDOLZI and are protected under Kuwaiti intellectual property and copyright laws.

Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is strictly prohibited.

9. Data Protection & Cybersecurity

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data in accordance with:

  • Kuwaiti cybersecurity requirements

  • Applicable digital commerce regulations

We do not sell or misuse customer data. Payment data is processed through secure, licensed providers.

10. Prohibited Use

You may not:

  • Use this website for unlawful purposes.

  • Attempt to interfere with website security.

  • Submit false information.

  • Engage in fraudulent transactions.

Violation may result in account suspension and legal action.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, ATELIERDOLZI shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from:

  • Misuse of products

  • Delays caused by third-party logistics providers

  • Events beyond our reasonable control

Nothing in these Terms limits statutory consumer rights under Kuwaiti law.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from digital transactions shall be handled in accordance with:

  • Kuwait Digital Commerce regulations

  • The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI) procedures

  • The competent courts of the State of Kuwait

Where applicable, matters may be reviewed by the Digital Commerce Dispute Resolution Committee.

13. Amendments

ATELIERDOLZI reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The version published on the website at the time of purchase shall apply to your order.
